About Mrs. Ullmer
I have been teaching school for 21 years. I started my career in 1st grade and have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 4th grades. My favorite students to teach are 5 and 6 years old children! I have been teaching at Due West for 14 years. My husband and I have been married for 23 years. He is a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones. We have 2 children, Will who is 19 and will attend MTSU in August. Katie Beth is 16 and attends Harrison. When I am not at school, I love to watch Katie Beth play softball and listen to Will play guitar and travel.
About Mrs. Gunter
My name is Abigail Gunter, and I have been a kindergarten paraprofessional with Mrs. Ullmer for five years. I have been married for 26 years and we have three children, a freshman at UGA, a sophomore at Kennesaw Mountain High School Magnet and a 6th grader at McClure. I also have two rescue animals, a 100 pound dog and a sassy cat. I was born and raised in the UK and have family who live in Australia. I love to walk, travel, do yoga and read. I am proud to say Mrs. Ullmer taught two of my children.
